For a minivan, max passenger capacity is 5, with one checked in bag, 3 carry on bags, 5 backpacks, or 5 carry on bags and 5 backpacks. In summary, number of passengers accepted with only the vehicle capacity for cargo. If you need more cargo space, please contact us via 313-580-3138 and get consultation. Pickup location and drop off terminal should be same; and for airport pickups -pickup terminal should be the same. Maximum 5-minute free waiting time is allowed for the airport drops. For airport pick ups we track the flight and come accordingly. If your flight change, you can directly contact the assigned driver and let the driver know the updates.
