Requirements

 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or communication.

• Ability to work during unpredictable hours including some evenings and weekends; which will be covered with off days in the work week.

• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

• Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies.

• Creative skills in designing.

• Good interpersonal skills

• May have occasional site visits/company related travel.

• Excellent communication skills.

• 1-3-year experience in similar industry or innovative working environments.

Responsibilities

​

• Navigate the growth of the company by developing supportive marketing campaigns.

• Organize promotional events, coordinate with targeted client base for the services offering through the company when necessary.

• Coordinate with company staff to ensure prompt delivery of materials and messages to the target audience.

• Hire and train Marketing Associates, Marketing Interns to coordinate events and conduct/promote services and sales.

• Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop solutions within budgetary constraints.

• Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics as well as implement fresh strategies.

• Coverup marketing assistance duties when necessary.

Pay & benefits

​

• Company related travel will be reimbursed/compensated. 

• Balanced work hours

• Average 40 hours work per week with 52 weeks annual contract for 2-3 years. 

• Starting at 51,000 annual salary with salary increments ranging from $1,500-2,000 per year based on performances. 

• Entitled for 2 week paid vacation included to the annual salary
