Responsibilities

​

Maintain accounting system of the partner company in QuickBooks, while maintaining database system. 

Track sales and routes, data collection and analyzing data to enhance the efficiency and productivity. 

Optimization of the collected data and present to the management. 

Cost-time analysis on cross functions. 

Collecting payments, data entry and occasional customer handling. 

Work with the diverse team.

Requirements

 

• Sophomores and upper level undergraduate students

• Majoring in Accounting, Marketing or Management.

• Cumulative GPA above 3.0

• Applied understanding of basic business operations.

• Willingness to learn. You may have to do self learning with guidance. 

• Background knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Excel would be an added advantage. 

• Familiarity with operations, sales and administration, handling customer calls.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as a team member. 

• Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.

• Need to be punctual.

Pay & benefits

​

• Starting at $15 per hour for 18-24 work hours per week. 

• Part time work, 3-4 hours work per day from Monday to Saturday (6 days per week) from 07.30AM to 10.30-11.30AM.
